About the Photographer

Photography has always been my passion. I've created images and photo albums since age 12, and my camera has remained in close reach ever since. The long and winding road that brought me here included several detours ...law school, child advocacy, and finally...motherhood. My daughters have opened up a world much larger than I ever imagined, a life filled with everyday moments that somehow are also ...exceptional.

Capturing natural images of children and families is one of my greatest joys. From behind the lens, I strive to capture life as it happens. I find my best portraits happen serendipitously. I like to allow plenty of time for clients to feel comfortable with me, so the resulting images are relaxed and reflect their true personalities.
